Where did my photographs go?
To Recently Deleted, in Apple's own Photos app, where they stay for about thirty days and where you can put them all back. That timer is Apple's. Claryn cannot shorten it, extend it, or erase anything permanently — and it never claims to.
Nothing was freed. Why?
Because nothing has actually gone yet. Space comes back when Recently Deleted empties, not when you delete. Claryn counts only what has really left, which is why its figure is sometimes smaller than the one you were expecting.
How do I cancel?
In Settings → your name → Subscriptions, on the phone. Claryn cannot cancel it for you and cannot stand in the way either — Apple handles the whole subscription. There is a link straight to that screen in Claryn's own settings.
I paid, and Claryn says I have not
Open Claryn's settings and choose Restore. That asks the App Store again. If it still says no, the purchase may have been made with a different Apple Account.
Does Claryn upload my photographs?
No, and you do not have to take that on trust. Put the phone in aeroplane mode and use the app: everything works exactly as it did. Claryn has no server to send anything to.
Can I get my money back?
Refunds are Apple's to give, not Claryn's. Ask at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Something is wrong, or a figure looks incorrect
That is the one kind of report this app most wants. Claryn's whole claim is that its numbers are real, so a number that looks wrong is a bug worth the email. Tell me what the screen said and what you expected.
